Job description

Within Amaris Consulting, you will join a team dedicated to IT & OT projects related to industrial equipment and production environments, in an international and innovative context based in Fribourg. You will be involved in the installation, integration, operation and support of equipment connected to the workstation, in collaboration with industrial, production, maintenance, laboratory, logistics and after-sales support teams.

Responsibilities

Install and integrate IT & OT equipment related to production environments, including applications, hardware, PLCs, robot racks, CNC and connected equipment.
Deploy updates, remotely distribute applications according to deployment plans and ensure the commissioning of solutions.
Perform tests, programmes and validations provided by industrial integrators to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely or on-site on production, measurement, laboratory, logistics and after-sales support equipment.
Administer software installed on the client side of the workstation and manage remote distribution and remote maintenance parameters.
Check equipment compliance with internal standards and monitor the evolution of the IT assets connected to the network.
Produce and maintain technical documentation related to integration, testing, deployment and operation of solutions.
Support users in handling installed equipment and software, providing quality operational support.

About you

Experience in integration, installation or support of IT & OT equipment in an industrial, production or engineering environment.
Technical skills in industrial computing, automation, connected equipment, industrial networks, workstations and production environments.
Proficiency in deployment activities, testing, incident diagnosis, remote distribution, remote maintenance and technical documentation.
Knowledge of industrial equipment such as PLCs, CNC, robot racks, measurement, laboratory, logistics or production equipment.
Training in industrial computing, automation, industrial systems, computing or equivalent field.
Fluent in French and English to interact with local and international teams.
Rigour, service orientation, autonomy and ability to collaborate with industrial, IT, maintenance and support teams.
