Processing of technical documents and support in organizational matters
Participation in calculation (measurements, daily and hourly reports, delivery notes, etc.)
Obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
Input of submissions
Processing of tender documents
General commercial activities in the administrative area
Requirements e Technical basic training in the construction industry (e.g. foreman, draftsman) or commercial
basic training in the construction industry
Understanding of technical documentation, experience in tendering / post-calculation ideal
Confident handling of MS Office, Excel and Outlook, SAP / Bluebeam an advantage
Structured, reliable and independent way of working with team spirit
Organizational talent, strong communication skills
Very good German skills, additional languages an advantage
