Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a permanent position, an Industrial Foreman.

Our client is seeking an experienced professional capable of ensuring the coordination and supervision of teams on industrial moving sites.

The main skills sought include:

• supervision of teams of movers and industrial assemblers;
• organisation and coordination of dismantling, handling, transport and reassembly operations;
• preparation of interventions and anticipation of technical constraints;
• risk analysis and implementation of safety measures;
• coordination of human and material resources;
• monitoring the progress of work;
• management of unforeseen events on site;
• communication with clients, production managers, technicians and internal teams;
• participation in technical operations when necessary.

Solid hands-on experience in industrial handling, lifting, machine assembly/disassembly or industrial transfer is sought.
