To strengthen our team, we are creating an additional position as a Clinical Nurse. The position is initially limited to two years and will subsequently be converted into a permanent employment.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will take on a central role in the care and support of patients. Together with the interprofessional team, you will make an important contribution to high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care.

Clinical Nurse for the Clinic of Vascular Surgery 80-100%
immediate start or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Coordination and organisation of inpatient and outpatient treatment processes along the patient pathway as well as support for smooth interface management
- Participation in ward rounds, handovers, and interprofessional meetings
- Ensuring complete and accurate documentation in the clinical information system
- Advising, instructing, and supporting patients and relatives, especially in the context of perioperative preparation and aftercare
- Accompanying, caring for, and monitoring patients during their inpatient stay
- Performing simple wound care according to medical orders and internal clinical standards
- Assisting with the induction of new doctors and supporting clinic-specific processes
- Communication and collaboration with internal and external partners such as specialists, home care organisations, acute hospitals, and rehabilitation clinics
- Organisation and coordination of follow-up checks and subsequent appointments
- Administrative support in discharge management as well as in referral and transfer processes
Your profile
- A completed education as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Ideally a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a comparable further qualification
- Several years of clinical professional experience, preferably in the acute inpatient sector
- Good knowledge in clinical observation, patient education, and care planning
- High social, communication, and organisational skills
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
- Interest in the further development of nursing processes and quality of care
