Plant Operator m/f/d

Job Description

• Operating presses to manufacture components
• Preparing orders and setting up machines
• Carrying out quality controls
• Cleaning, deburring and packaging components
• Labelling and providing finished products
• Assisting with general production and logistics tasks
• Cleaning the workplace and maintaining work equipment
• Adhering to safety regulations
• Supporting other production areas as needed

We expect

• School leaving certificate (craft/technical training advantageous)
• Practical experience in operating machines, systems and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Good eyesight
• Good fine motor skills / manual dexterity
• Wearing cleanroom clothing (shoes, coat, hair protection and hand protection)
• Wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) as instructed and required: safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves (latex, nitrile)
• Good physical condition (partly standing work, lifting loads)
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Teamwork skills and high flexibility
• Reliability
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including permanent night shifts
