A meaningful role with scope for creativity and clinical depth in a appreciative environment awaits you!
To strengthen the specialist medical team, we are looking for a specialist physician FMH in psychiatry and psychotherapy from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
This position is suitable for flexible and independent colleagues with completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or close to completing the training curriculum). You enjoy varied clinical work focusing on inpatient psychotherapy, taking on case management, and appreciate regular exchange with an interprofessional team? Then we look forward to your application. You can also contribute to ward management and, if suitable, train to become a senior physician.
In this position, you will work together with the chief physician in supervising and teaching case-managing psychologists and assistant doctors, take on case management yourself, and coordinate psychiatric diagnostics and treatments. You are responsible for psychiatric-psychotherapeutic patient care in individual settings, e.g. on the ward for supplementary insured patients, and work closely with an interprofessional team. In the absence of the chief physician, you represent the professional management of the private department (25 beds). Furthermore, you take on organisational tasks such as triage, correspondence, and cost approvals, support your team in further education and training, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, internal training, and working groups. On-call duties as well as networking and public relations complete your diverse range of activities.
You have a completed state examination in medicine (CH) or an equivalent qualification from the EU/EFTA as well as a specialist qualification in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Sound knowledge of psychotherapy and very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this position. Your commitment, dedication, and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration distinguish you. You also place great value on respectful interaction with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
We offer you a structured and efficient introduction at the workplace as well as a pleasant working atmosphere and a unique company culture in a committed interprofessional team. You will receive professional and leadership support from your supervisor and benefit from diverse development opportunities. In addition, you have the opportunity to gain leadership experience, develop yourself in the long term, and get to know various treatment settings through rotations – in a recognised FMH training centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy. You can expect a varied and professionally independent activity in a future-oriented company. Furthermore, we offer attractive employment conditions, modern infrastructure, and a variety of internal and external training opportunities.
