For our location in Grosshöchstetten (with home office option) and from summer 2027 in the Bern area, we are looking for a proactive personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality who takes responsibility and wants to make a difference together with us.

• Operational leadership and further development of the back office team
• Management of resources, priorities and workload as well as ensuring efficient task completion
• Ensuring high service and processing quality based on relevant KPIs and SLA requirements
• Leadership, coaching and targeted development of employees
• Analysis, simplification and optimisation of existing processes and workflows
• Active participation in the ongoing transformation and close collaboration with internal departments

• Completed commercial basic training in banking or a comparable banking qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in banking operations
• Sound understanding of banking products (e.g. credit cards, etc.), processes and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in leading and developing employees
• Strong customer, quality and solution orientation
• Experience in management through key figures and in process optimisation
• Pragmatic, communicative and implementation-strong personality who keeps an overview even in a dynamic environment
