Your tasks:

• ·Development and implementation of long-term digital sales strategies to increase digital sales and market shares for our special interest magazines
• Acquisition and support of advertising partners, sponsors, and strategic cooperations in the B2B sector
• Expansion of existing customer relationships
• Analysis of market trends and competitors as well as identification of new business opportunities
• Monitoring and optimization of sales processes and targets
• Collaboration with the editorial and marketing departments to develop targeted sales campaigns
• Preparation of sales forecasts and budget planning

You bring with you:

• Proven experience in selling digital platforms, ideally in the media or publishing industry
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong network in the Swiss media and advertising industry is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German; French and English skills are an advantage
