The internship offers the opportunity to get to know the professional fields of social pedagogy and care as well as nursing of people with disabilities in the area of residential care & support. The internship lasts at least 6 months, preferably 12 months. You will be accompanied by our professional staff in the residential groups and the internship supervisor assigned to you.

• You help organise the residents' leisure activities and assist with everyday tasks such as household chores.
• You support with personal care if necessary.
• You promote the residents in their personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
