Head of Maintenance Thermal Systems (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Role:
As Head of Maintenance Thermal Systems, you take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the maintenance of our thermal systems. You ensure high system availability, lead your team, and continuously develop processes and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Management of the Thermal Systems Maintenance department
Strategic planning and further development of maintenance management
Ensuring system availability through preventive maintenance and targeted fault rectification
Planning, leading and coordinating overhaul work including scheduling and resource planning
Optimising systems to extend lifespan and ensure long-term maintainability
Responsibility for budget, cost control and spare parts management
Operational leadership, promotion, training and motivation of employees
Further development of maintenance processes and implementation of technical improvement measures
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in an industrial environment, for example as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable qualification
Further training in technology and maintenance, e.g. technician HF/FH
Several years of experience in the maintenance of a multi-shift industrial production operation
Experience in leading and developing employees
Strong organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility
Communicative and solution-oriented personality
Enjoyment of new technologies and the further development of one’s own area of responsibility
