Responsibilities:
- Professional support of your area and achievement of budget goals
- Area analysis and implementation of sales and action plans in the same
- Professional information and documentation for specialists and hospital doctors
- Personal visit planning and scheduling according to targeting guidelines
- Securing access to important doctors and building therapy networks
- Project collaboration on activities with group practices throughout Switzerland
- Organization and execution of regional doctor events
- Participation in congresses, internal training, and conferences
- Paramedical basic training
- Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical field sales
- Residence in the sales area
- Communicative, open, winning personality
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Structured, goal-oriented, independent, and well-organized working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Very good German language skills
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical specialist with federal diploma is an advantage
