Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for a comprehensive range of high-quality property services in the greater Bern area. You apply your profound market knowledge and high professional competence to manage demanding property portfolios professionally. You work closely with specialists from property management, architecture, brokerage, and project development and utilise a broad network. You ensure that clients receive competent, proactive care of their properties at all times, thus contributing significantly to a holistic property solution from a single source.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
You lead and develop a property management team both professionally and personally
You are responsible for re-lettings as well as inspections and handovers of rental properties
You maintain contact with owners, tenants, caretakers, and authorities
You issue repair orders and coordinate renovation and maintenance work
You ensure professional, economical, and customer-oriented property management
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and solid experience in independent property management
You bring personnel or professional leadership experience
A further qualification as a property manager with a federal certificate is an advantage
You work independently, responsibly, and precisely and have good IT user skills
You have very good German language skills
