The three schools Lätten in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen and Buechwis in Benglen, which are located in the three village parts of the municipality, together form the Fällanden School. At our schools, around 250 teachers and staff look after over 1,200 pupils.

After-School Care Manager 100%
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
Your tasks
- Educational, organisational and personnel management of the after-school care
- Ensuring high-quality care and support for the children in everyday after-school care
- Leadership, guidance and development of the care team
- Responsibility for planning and organising the daily routine as well as holiday care
- Creating a respectful, safe and development-promoting environment for the children
- Collaboration with parents, school and other specialist agencies
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and quality standards
- Responsibility for administrative tasks such as budget control, documentation, meal orders, etc.
- Contributing to the further development of the day care structures
- Active participation in the children’s group and ensuring needs-oriented care
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of age-appropriate leisure, play and support activities
Your profile
- Completed training as a childcare specialist
- Completed training in leadership
- Several years of professional experience in school-complementary childcare
- High social, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Organisational talent, resilience and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility as well as pronounced decision-making and action competence
- Good knowledge of administrative tasks and confident use of common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment in working with children as well as in collaborating with parents and professionals
