Job Description

• Leading and organising assembly personnel on construction sites in the field of metal construction
• Monitoring and coordinating assembly work according to project requirements and technical drawings
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during assembly work
• Planning and coordinating material and resource requirements for assembly projects
• Close collaboration with project management and other departments to ensure smooth assembly operations
• Monitoring and controlling the progress of assembly work as well as adherence to schedules and budgets
• Conducting quality checks and ensuring a high standard of assembly work execution

We Expect

• Several years of experience in assembly supervision in metal construction or a similar industry
• Sound knowledge of assembly techniques and common metal construction processes
• Experience in personnel management and team coordination
