About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Organizational and personnel management of the Technical Maintenance department (9 people)
- Coordination of technical maintenance to ensure the operational readiness of all systems and equipment in the plant
- Maintenance of machines and systems, troubleshooting of production equipment
- Optimization of processes and support in improvement management according to TPM methodology, compliance with process compliance and quality requirements (ISO)
- Planning, coordination and supervision of external companies/suppliers, cost control
- Management and implementation of technical projects in plant construction
- Ensuring and compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Promotion and further development of employees with target agreements and training measures
Your profile
- Completed technical training with further education, e.g. maintenance specialist or equivalent
- Solid understanding of automation and digitalization
- Leadership qualities and experience in project management
- Experience in planned maintenance, TPM, KAIZEN, Lean Management
- Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage
- Experience in managing technical projects, preferably in plant construction
- Your personality: strong leadership, process-oriented team player and motivator with pronounced customer and solution orientation. Initiative, innovative and committed with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to perform special assignments (sporadic shift and weekend work)
