About the job
The Coup d'Pouce Foundation has been active for over 25 years in leisure activities and support for people with disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.
Within the framework of its Pre- and After-School Integration Assistance Service (AIPP), the Coup d’Pouce Foundation collaborates with reception structures to support the inclusion of children with special educational needs within educational groups.
For a mandate with the Foundation of Childhood Reception Structures of La Tour-de-Peilz (FSAT), we are looking for:
A Childhood Educator (ES/HES/ASE/APE) – Support for Inclusive Reception
Work rate: 9.6% annualised, 4.75 hours per week on Mondays
Contract type: fixed-term contract
Start date: 01.11.2026 or to be agreed
Region: La Tour-de-Peilz
Structures concerned: after-school
Mission:
As an additional resource, you support the educational team in the inclusive reception of a group including one or more children with special educational needs. Your intervention is part of the collective’s functioning and aims to promote participation, well-being and safety for all children.
Desired profile:
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
- Good empathy, ease in relationships and kindness in contact with children,
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and adaptability
- High availability and flexibility regarding working hours (split shifts)
- Agreement with the FSAT’s educational guidelines
- Good ability to work in a team and collaborate with various partners
