About the job

  • Hands-on & independent: Responsible management of small to medium-sized projects
  • With an eye on the big picture: Ensuring a high-quality, timely, economical, and cross-channel implementation of all productions in the areas of print, digital, and motion design
  • Communicative and team-oriented personality: You quickly recognize needs, translate them precisely into briefings, and confidently guide our partners through the entire process
  • Reliable in cost control & detail-oriented: Responsible for creating timings and budgets
  • Structured & careful: Ensuring efficient workflows, continuous optimization of cost structures, and compliance with quality standards
  • Initial experience as an Account Manager in an agency environment and marketing
  • Commercial basic training
  • Advanced professional training (e.g., communication planner, HF media management, marketing/communication) or comparable further education
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Solid knowledge in print production, media processing, and digital workflows
  • Understanding of digital formats, social media assets, and platform-specific requirements
  • Management of interdisciplinary production processes (print, digital, motion)
