Do you want to lead and further develop a team that makes a relevant contribution to the IT security of Zürcher Kantonalbank? Then we are looking for you as the head of the new Vulnerability Management team. Your team will combine different methods (CVE management, penetration testing, etc.) to identify, address, and remediate ICT vulnerabilities. The team also defines and operationalizes the associated processes and tools. Embedded in the IT security organization, you will support IT and relevant stakeholders in the timely closure of identified ICT vulnerabilities.
Your tasks
- Build and lead the Vulnerability Management team
- Define and implement testing concepts as well as the associated processes and tools
- Create transparency on ICT vulnerabilities using key figures, dashboards, and reports
- Further develop and consolidate processes and tools, especially CVE management
- Support IT and its stakeholders in remediating ICT vulnerabilities
- Regular reporting to line management and risk organization
Your profile
- Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, ETH, University) or equivalent further education and/or certifications
- Solid knowledge in IT, IT security, and common standards (e.g., ISO 27001/2, BSI Basic Protection, NIST Cyber Framework)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally leadership experience, in IT security
- Strong communication skills for goal-oriented, effective collaboration with IT
- Analytical thinking, methodical approach, and high problem-solving competence
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
