As a Service Owner, you take care of your services, steer their further development, and ensure sustainable benefits with entrepreneurial thinking.
THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build new services
- You plan and control the service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, internal charging (service-to-service), and controlling
- You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), act as the link to our partners, and ensure cost transparency
- You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance
- You work closely with internal departments, external partners, and the IT organisation, bringing together requirements, developments, and changes in a structured manner
- Together with the Product Manager, you maintain a strategy and roadmap for the further development of your IT service
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT Service Management, Application Management, or a comparable role
- Interest and/or experience in financial management (budget responsibility, cost management, charging models)
- Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as high initiative
- Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude you live daily
- Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written) and enjoyment in exchanging with various stakeholders
