ERP System Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
A stable ERP system is the backbone of a manufacturing company. As an ERP System Specialist (m/f/d), you ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central runs reliably and continuously improves. You are the first point of contact for users and simultaneously contribute your own ideas to further development. In addition to the ERP, you also support topics related to clients, servers, and Microsoft 365 (M365).
Responsibilities:
You ensure the operation of the ERP system and pay attention to stability, availability, and performance.
Together with the specialist departments, you further develop processes and optimise existing workflows.
You handle support cases at 1st and 2nd level and coordinate external partners at 3rd level.
Furthermore, you accompany releases and rollouts from specification through testing to implementation.
Training for users and support with master data processes are also part of the role.
In addition, you manage the IT work environment with clients, servers, network, interfaces, and M365.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in a similar role.
You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Knowledge of server, network, and M365 topics is a plus.
Furthermore, you are interested in processes and interrelations in a production environment and work precisely, proactively, and solution-oriented.
You also communicate confidently in German and are proficient in English.
