Position Overview:
ASK is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead our organization. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, manage operations, oversee clinical program development, and drive fundraising and community engagement efforts. You will collaborate with the Board of ASK to implement ASK’s mission while ensuring high-quality services and impactful advocacy. Key Responsibilities:
● Lead strategic initiatives in alignment with ASK’s mission and support the development of the ASK strategic plan.
● Collaborate with the Board to shape organizational vision and policies.
● Represent ASK in the community, fostering partnerships and advocating for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
● Lead the clinical team in the design and delivery of programs which employ evidence-based procedures and adhere to highest standards of ethical practice.
● Promote inclusivity and awareness through outreach efforts.
● Drive fundraising efforts with the fundraising committee and oversee the management of budgets.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
● 7-10 years of leadership experience
● Expertise in the design and delivery of evidence-based practices for individuals with
neurodevelopmental differences
● Strong communication, advocacy, and fundraising skills.
● Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
● Bilingual (French and English).
