As part of our 4-person IT Infrastructure team, you actively contribute to shaping our global IT landscape to be future-proof and innovative.
Your Tasks
- Administration and further development of our hybrid infrastructure landscape including M365 services (Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Participation in the evaluation, implementation, and integration of additional SaaS-based solutions
- Handling first- and second-level support requests as well as developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for process optimization
- Co-design and further development of the global IT architecture
- Management and coordination of our service providers
- Participation in the implementation of security measures
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable education
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Solid knowledge of M365 services (Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Graph API)
- Good PowerShell skills for automation and process optimization
- Experience in first- and second-level support
- Solid network and Linux basics as well as interest in cyber security
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MD-102, AZ-305) and ITIL knowledge are an advantage
