As a specialist in facility management, you are an absolute all-rounder. You monitor building technology, carry out repairs, maintain green spaces, and service machines. Your tasks include, among others, changing window seals, lamps, door locks and fuses, checking heating and electrical installations, and repairing furniture or fences. The basis of the practical training is, in addition to professional development, the development of methodical, social and personal skills. This means that during your training you learn the professional knowledge and skills from the ground up and are able to meet the requirements in interpersonal and professional areas.
