About the job
The Kronbühl Foundation supports, accompanies and cares for children, adolescents and adults with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. With our diverse services tailored to the individual needs of our clients and the high quality of our services, we are among the leading institutions in Eastern Switzerland. Children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 live in the residential groups. In everyday life, they experience community and can develop within supportive relationships. The children and adolescents attend the internal special school or an external special education school in the mornings and afternoons. On school-free Wednesday afternoons, weekends and holidays, the residential group organises leisure activities tailored to their needs. In addition, they benefit from individual internal therapy offers in everyday life.
We are looking for one of these residential groups from November 2026 or by arrangement a
Team Leader
(80 - 100% workload)
Tasks
- Leading the team in professional and organisational matters
- Promotion / support of pupils and residents
- Administration and organisation
- Collaboration with parents, legal representatives, school and the public
- Responsibility for compliance with the team budget
- Controlling and reporting
- Implementation of quality management and participation in development
- Weekend duties
- Supervision of apprentices, interns and social pedagogues in training
Profile
- Qualification as a certified social pedagogue HF / FH
- Leadership experience desired; further training as a team leader advantageous
- Possibly further training as a practical instructor or vocational trainer
- Experience working with people with intellectual and physical disabilities or people with autism spectrum disorder
- Sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy
- High commitment and resilience
