About the job
The Schmetterling Residential and Workshop Home is located in the heart of Cham. The institution houses 13 adults with support needs across two residential groups. In addition to the residential area, we offer a day structure for 11 external clients in the creative, musical, and craft sectors. With the project «on the move in Cham», we carry out work assignments outside the institution. In our inclusion and meeting space «here with you», we sell handmade items and offer educational and leisure activities. You can find us on Instagram under Schmetterling_hiermitdir. Inclusion through encounter is our focus.
To complement our dedicated residential group team, we are looking for a personality with experience working with people with high support needs.
YOUR TASKS
Your tasks include the individual care, accompaniment, nursing, and support of 6 – 7 people with cognitive and physical disabilities. You design individual and group-specific daily structures, take on departmental responsibility, and coordinate competently within the team.
REQUIREMENTS
You have training as a Care Specialist FaBe EFZ – ideally with a focus on people with disabilities. Teamwork is a matter of course for you. You have good PC skills as well as experience in administrative areas. You think and act flexibly, responsibly, are physically resilient and reliable. With your committed and humorous nature, you are ready for irregular working hours and weekend duties.
