Technical Sales Consultant 80 - 100% (all)
Your main tasks
- Technical advice to customers by phone
- Creation and monitoring of quotes and processing of customer orders
- Coordination of workshop and production orders
- Clarification of availability, conditions and disposition of special parts with
our suppliers - Support of the field service in technical and commercial matters
- As an internal order hub, close cooperation with customer service, purchasing, product management, the workshop and logistics
- Co-responsible for compliance with processes according to our
quality management
Your profile
- Technical basic training with ideally commercial further education
- Experience in selling technical products, ideally in inside sales
- Good German and French skills mandatory, Italian an advantage
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact
- Structured, organized and precise way of working
- Team-oriented and responsible personality with healthy resilience
- Good MS Office and ERP user skills
