For our Zurich location, we are looking for an organised individual who will independently take responsibility for our library and information management, systematically update it to the latest standards and help shape it with a future-oriented approach.

As part of our Tax Knowledge Management team, you will ensure that relevant knowledge is systematically prepared, maintained and made accessible. In doing so, you support our teams in their daily client work and make an important contribution to the digital and AI-supported development of our Tax Service Line.

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for the physical and digital library and information management of the Tax Service Line Switzerland
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented library and information strategy
• Management of digital transformation and participation in automation and AI initiatives
• Curating and providing tax, regulatory and legal specialist information
• Building and optimising digital processes and tools at the interface of Tax, Knowledge Management and Technology
• Training employees in the use of information resources, databases and research strategies

What we are looking for

• Education or further training in library, information or knowledge management (e.g. CAS/DAS/MAS Library and Information Science) or several years of proven practical experience in a comparable role
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and independent working style
• High digital affinity and interest in information systems, knowledge platforms, automation and AI-supported knowledge utilisation
• Service-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills

Advantageous, but not mandatory:

• Experience with content management systems, document management systems, knowledge platforms or electronic specialised databases
• French and/or Italian language skills
