The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands.

Your future tasks

• Industrial project management: Lead projects related to the integration of new production means and optimisation of assembly processes.
• Industrialisation: Implement manufacturing processes and ensure their compliance with technical requirements.
• Technical writing: Draft specifications for equipment, prepare documentation and monitor calls for tenders.
• Economic analysis and investment management: Assess project profitability, submit investment requests and monitor budgets.
• Coordination and collaboration: Ensure communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Commissioning of equipment: Ensure the commissioning of assembly and testing installations, including training production teams.
• Process support: Provide technical support in product development and ensure process optimisation throughout their lifecycle.
• Ramp-up and testing: Manage the deployment of processes and tests for Swatch and Flik Flak products.

Your skills and competencies

• Higher degree in microtechnology, mechanics, automation or a related technical field
• Flexible, agile and stress-resistant, you are solution-oriented and have good persuasive skills
• Autonomous, proactive and with a strong sense of initiative, you are inventive and pragmatic
• Open to consensus and with a strong team spirit, you nevertheless possess good persuasive skills
• You have excellent communication skills

Languages

• Fluency in French, good knowledge of German and/or English required
