Your area of responsibility
- You lead and develop a small team of service technicians - both technically and administratively
- You ensure that commissioning, repairs, and troubleshooting of heat pumps are carried out professionally
- In complex cases, you get involved yourself and find a solution
- You commission heat pumps, resolve malfunctions, and carry out maintenance work
- Our customers appreciate your prompt and competent advice
- You are part of our on-call organization
- You report your working hours from your place of residence
Your background
- Completed technical basic training in building services or a related field
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in advancing a small team
- You bring practical experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and repairing heat pumps
- You are friendly, solution-oriented, and remain calm even in hectic moments
- Driver's license category B is mandatory
- Ideally, you live in the Bern region
