one-year fixed-term position.

Arud is a future-oriented non-profit organisation for outpatient medical-psychiatric care with around 170 employees and a respectful informal culture. We are among the leading institutions in Switzerland in addiction medicine and queer health. Our interdisciplinary model combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectiology and social work into a holistic offering. We accompany our patients with respect, empathy and on an equal footing.

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone, ensuring a friendly and professional first contact.
• You answer enquiries from our patients, by phone and in writing, and forward them to the appropriate departments if necessary.
• You support our therapists and doctors with administrative tasks and ensure that patient documentation is complete and up to date.
• You take care of incoming and outgoing mail.
• You take on versatile administrative tasks and help ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you bring

• You have successfully completed your KV apprenticeship or commercial middle school (HMS) and are interested in healthcare.
• You are open, empathetic and communicative; a friendly and appreciative manner with our patients is a matter of course for you.
• Even when things get hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview.
• You work reliably, independently and like to pitch in.
• You are proficient with MS Office and quickly find your way around new IT applications.
