Carpenter specialising in pitched roof work
Tasks
- Constructing, renovating, and maintaining pitched roofs
- Laying tiles, slate, fibre cement, and metal roofs
- Executing timber construction and roof structures
- Installing roof windows, dormers, and insulation
- Fitting under-roofs, battens, and roof edges
- Repair and service work on pitched roofs
- Assisting with tinsmith work and building envelopes
- Working according to plans and independently organising on site
- Adhering to safety and quality regulations
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or roofer EFZ
- Experience in pitched roofs is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Manual dexterity and quality awareness
- Team-oriented, motivated, and resilient personality
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
