Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing – Laser System

Tasks

Set up, operate and maintain 2D/3D laser systems (3-/5-axis)
Create laser and labelling programmes using FASTSUITE and TruTops
Manufacture and inspect workpieces made from nickel and cobalt-based alloys
Perform standard maintenance and quality checks
Create setup documents and support continuous improvement processes
Ensure orderliness and cleanliness

Requirements

Technical training, e.g. polymechanic or CNC milling technician
Experience in 3D programming and ideally laser processing
Knowledge of Siemens, ABB, PowerMark and S94P
Precise, resilient and team-oriented working style
Very good German and basic English skills
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
