Receptionist - Hotel Pullman Basel Europe
Tasks
Together with your team, you are responsible for the smooth operation at the reception.
The main tasks include:
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest care and concierge duties
- Active upselling
- Telephone service
- Receiving and processing individual reservations
- Guest correspondence
- Various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed training in hospitality and initial experience at the reception is an advantage
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of French and Opera system skills are advantageous
- Reliable, team-oriented, flexible, resilient with an open demeanour
- Motivation, passion for the profession, and enjoyment of work
- Well-groomed appearance, good manners
- High commitment including weekends and public holidays
