Join our fast-growing global sports brand as a Lead, Lease Administration. You’ll play a key role within the Real Estate team with the primary goal of overseeing and managing all aspects of lease administration for On’s real estate portfolio. This includes timely processing of lease documentation, maintaining lease records, and optimizing lease administration processes with our Finance and Accounting partners.
Your Mission
- Support the development and implementation of standardized global procedures for lease administration, focusing on efficient and accurate processes.
- Manage the entry and maintenance of our lease management system, ensuring data integrity and regional accessibility.
- Track critical lease dates (e.g., rent commencement, option deadlines, expirations, renewals, terminations, tenant improvement reimbursements) and proactively inform relevant stakeholders of required actions, providing regular reports and updates.
- Validate all lease requirements have been fulfilled in the lead-up to possession of the site and post-delivery, coordinating with relevant regional teams to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure the timely processing of rent payments and other lease-related financial transactions, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting regarding lease-related inquiries and issue resolution with landlords, facilitating communication and resolving discrepancies
