RESTORATION WATCHMAKER (M/F)

based in our offices in Le Sentier, Switzerland.

Within the Customer Service department, the Restoration Watchmaker carries out the repair, restoration and maintenance of vintage watches and ensures the technical and historical follow-up.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Ensure the refurbishment of our oldest watches

• Carry out the restoration of the piece (bevelling, black polishing, steel restoration, etc.) as well as the repair,

• Replace or remanufacture defective components (winding stem, balance staff, spiral counting…) using existing machines (70 lathe, milling machine, punching machine…)

• Perform the final check: running, aesthetics, water resistance, wear simulation, functions (calendar, chronograph...), reassembly, as well as the re-casing of the piece,

• Manage the supply of materials and ensure the design and manufacture of the necessary tooling.

THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS!

• You hold a watchmaking federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent

• You have several years of experience in a Restoration workshop

• You are passionate about watches and their history

• You have worked in an after-sales service environment

• You are customer-oriented and provide solutions

• Open and communicative personality

• Precision and meticulousness
