Your mission
- You lead and motivate your team to success, implementing an effective action plan based on turnover
- You encourage and support team members so they give their best to then celebrate success together
- You welcome customers in the store to offer them an unforgettable shopping experience
- You are responsible for cash management and achieving targets
- You take care of merchandise presentation and organize the store as well as the shop windows
What matters to us
- Complete training in retail, with experience in management and sales, preferably in the textile industry
- You are efficient and competent and show empathy and respect in everyday life
- You work in a structured way and demonstrate flexibility
- A sense of service and an affinity for fashion and colors are a plus
- Your friendly and neat appearance complements your presentation
