To further drive our success and growth in the Austria and Eastern Europe region, we are looking for a highly proactive, motivated, and strong closing sales professional for our team.
Your Tasks
- In this demanding role, you are responsible for achieving the budget in the sales area of Austria and selected countries in Eastern Europe for the brands Glatz and Suncomfort by Glatz.
- You identify and acquire new sales partners from the specialist trade in Austria and neighboring Eastern European countries according to the sales management guidelines.
- You support and develop existing specialist trade sales partners within our selective distribution system (retail and project specialists).
- You take care of our chain retailers and DIY stores for the brands Glatz and Suncomfort by Glatz.
- Training sales partners and their sales staff on-site as well as regular visits to the POS of our chain customers to optimize sales results are another important part of this role.
- You identify and acquire potential new projects for the project sector and support them until completion.
- Furthermore, you handle inquiries from the project sector in close cooperation with the Contract team from Switzerland.
- You represent the Glatz brand at various trade fairs and keep your product knowledge up to date by participating in technical product training in Frauenfeld (Switzerland).
Your Profile
- We are looking for a confident, ambitious sales professional preferably based in the Salzburg / Vienna axis.
- You have completed commercial training with good technical understanding or technical training with further education in sales and marketing.
- You act and think in a company- and solution-oriented manner, seek success, and are accustomed to independent work and regular travel.
- As a team player, you convince with a likeable, trustworthy, and negotiation-secure appearance and enjoy working with sales partners. Furthermore, you know how to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- You have several years of professional experience in field sales, in specialist trade support B2B, preferably with high-quality branded products.
- You enjoy working with demanding customers and are fluent in German and English. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
- You are proficient in the common MS Office programs.
