About the job
The Ilgenhalde Foundation is committed to people with extensive cognitive and multiple disabilities. We place people with their individual conditions at the centre of our work. In Ramsen, it offers decentralised residential options and a day structure for adult clients.

Team Leader External Residential Group 90-100%
Your tasks are:
- Leading and further developing a committed care team for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities
- Designing an individual, appreciative and professional support together with the team – oriented towards the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
- Active participation in daily care and support as well as responsibility for careful and professional client documentation
- Bringing in professional and leadership experience to the team and management as well as actively shaping the professional and organisational development of the team and the location
- Participation in regular management meetings and constructive exchange with the location and nursing management
You bring with you:
- Qualification as a social pedagogue, FaBe or FaGe EFZ, nursing professional or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Leadership experience and completed further training in team leadership/management or willingness to complete this
- Appreciative, professional attitude and enjoyment in resource- and development-oriented support of clients
- Ability to take on leadership responsibility while actively participating in the daily life of the residential group
- Strong communication skills, conflict competence and a good sense for people, situations and development processes
- Willingness to work irregular hours between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm as well as weekend shifts
