Operations Mechanic (Day Shift) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent diagnosis and rectification of mechanical faults on complex production systems

• Carrying out regular maintenance and repair work to ensure smooth production processes

• Active participation in important overhaul work during the company holidays in summer and at Christmas

• Support in systematic spare parts management and preparation of monthly performance reports

• Contributing ideas and solutions for the continuous optimisation of systems and processes

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, industrial mechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic

• You have already gained initial experience in the maintenance of production systems

• Your working style is characterised by teamwork and solution-oriented thinking

• You are used to working independently and taking responsibility

• You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written

• You are flexible and willing to participate in on-call duty

• A category B driving licence is an advantage
