What is my role?

• Professional and organisational management of the audit department with direct responsibility for the team and mandates

• Ensuring the proper and timely handling of all audit mandates - quality meets efficiency

• Independent execution of regular and limited audits according to Swiss audit law

• Examination of annual and consolidated financial statements according to CO with a high quality standard

• Management of a diverse portfolio of national and international clients - from SMEs to corporations

• Competent advice in the areas of accounting, auditing and compliance - as a trusted sparring partner

• Conducting special audits and handling demanding business management issues

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the fiduciary and tax consulting departments - strong together for our clients

• Active participation in the further development of quality standards and internal processes - innovation meets practice

What do I need to be successful?

• Qualification as a federally certified public accountant

• Several years of professional experience in auditing, ideally in a small or medium-sized Swiss fiduciary or audit firm

• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit law

• Enjoyment in professional leadership and development of a team

• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in taking responsibility

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• High service orientation and enjoyment of direct client contact

• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing; English skills at B1 level
