These are your tasks
- You lead a billing team and coordinate daily processes so that all billings and debt collections are always created on time and correctly
- Requests and complaints are quickly processed by you and your team – you guarantee that first contact is made within 24 hours
- You take care of the proper billing of all services provided and ensure that all team tasks are carried out efficiently
- Additionally, you conduct regular employee discussions and take care of your team consisting of 6 employees
This is what you bring with you
- You have a commercial education and further training in the field of property management and/or finance and accounting (such as accounting clerk)
- Experience in leading teams is not new to you – you know how to motivate and coordinate
- You are confident in using MS Office and bring digital skills
- You have a good sense for people and handle different characters skillfully – both internally and in customer contact
- Your working style is structured, you are flexible and think solution-oriented
