The company is a leading Swiss industrial enterprise focusing on the processing and refinement of glass for construction, interior design and industrial sectors. With state-of-the-art technologies, high manufacturing competence and many years of experience, it develops and produces high-quality solutions for demanding customers in Switzerland and internationally.
Responsibilities:
You analyse the performance of production plants and conduct operational controlling.
You continuously develop reporting, BI and controlling processes.
You define, analyse and interpret business management key figures.
You support project controlling as well as cross-departmental optimisation projects.
You advise the executive management with analyses, reports and strategic decision-making bases.
Qualifications:
Advanced business education with a focus on controlling or finance.
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company.
Strong analytical skills as well as a high affinity for numbers and IT.
Experience with business intelligence and ERP systems.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
