Mission

• You manage shoplifting and its prevention in the various sales points in your region
• You intervene during offences and handle various contentious cases
• You prepare theft reports and other administrative tasks related to your area of activity
• You liaise with store employees as well as regional police offices

Required Skills

• You have significant professional experience in the field of surveillance or come from the sales sector
• Persistent and autonomous, you have a keen sense of observation and possess very good analytical skills
• Your calm character allows you to face difficult and stressful situations by demonstrating psychology and diplomacy in your human contacts
• Irregular hours (working Saturdays) as well as frequent travel in French-speaking Switzerland are not a problem for you
• You are proficient with common IT tools (Office 365)
• You hold a driving licence, have a private car, and your criminal record is clean
