HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Improve and optimize configuration management processes and administer the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain (ERM, ETM, EWM).
- Configure and maintain ELM projects, including permissions, configurations, and Global Configuration (GC).
- Design and implement improvements to enhance scalability, performance, usability, and support the long-term evolution of the ELM environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ELM-related issues, including troubleshooting and coordination with 2nd/3rd level support and IBM support.
- Support development teams by providing best practices, guidance, and training on effective use of ELM tools.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Strong knowledge of Configuration Management in railway signalling or a comparable safety‑critical industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Configuration Management using IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next Generation (DNG) on the Jazz platform.
- Experience with software-based products following the V‑lifecycle development model.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- High sense of responsibility, meeting deadlines reliably and working independently when required.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment.
