You are our guarantee that IT not only works but shines. In your role as System Engineer, you ensure that our systems remain stable, secure, and future-proof. You analyze, document, and resolve disruptions and also keep an eye on the training of our apprentices. Your area of responsibility:
- Providing first and second level support
- Managing the Azure environment
- Subproject management as well as participation in various optimization and expansion projects
- Coordination and collaboration with external service providers
- Evaluation and commissioning of hardware, software, and communication options
- Support and optimization of backup and security solutions
- Training of apprentices
- Independently performing system maintenance
- Training and instructions for users
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or higher IT education
- Several years of professional experience as an ICT System Engineer in the system environment
- Solid knowledge in configuring and managing networks (LAN, WAN, VPNs)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems: MS-Windows 10/11, O365,
- Familiarity with IT security concepts, firewall, backup solutions
- Strong skills in diagnosing and solving technical problems, both hardware and
- Good communication skills
- Very good German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Experience with databases and ERP systems, preferably D365, CSB
- Knowledge in project management
- Experience with VMware (client/server virtualization) and client management system
- Intune management solution knowledge
- Windows Defender knowledge
- Trainer with practical/professional trainer certificate
