Activities

Professionally lead and manage a team of 3 to 6 employees
Ensure production quantity, quality, adherence to deadlines and costs
Organise capacity planning and workflows in manufacturing
Coordinate work tasks in production and rework and lead employees
Monitor and comply with quality requirements in the production process

Requirements

Completed vocational training or several years of experience in assembly and production
Basic craft training is an advantage
Physically resilient, flexible, reliable as well as communicative and hands-on
Good spatial imagination with interconnected thinking and independent, efficient working style
Basic PC skills and confident German language skills
