The Company

smartpersonal is a small, independent and autonomous company in the service sector of qualified personnel consulting. We mediate specialists and positions in the commercial, technical and craft sectors. To complement our consultant team, we are looking for a younger, motivated individual for an entry-level position in recruitment consulting (m/f) 80 - 100%.

Your Tasks

You will support us in all areas of personnel placement. During a thorough induction period, you will learn all processes of our service. Step by step, you will independently take on responsibility for your own projects and maintain contacts with job seekers as well as clients and their HR managers.

Your duties include the independent search for suitable candidates as well as their placement in reported positions of our clients. You will also actively identify open positions through various channels such as online platforms or print media. You create and publish job advertisements, review and assess incoming application dossiers, and accompany candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Your Profile

You have a technical basic education with commercial experience or equivalent further training, a training in sales or retail, or a commercial basic education.

Ideally, you already have experience in a sales-related or front-facing role and feel comfortable in direct communication with decision-makers, HR managers, and company owners.

Fluent German skills in spoken and written form will greatly facilitate your daily work.
