Your learning field – This is what you will do with us
- Everyday coach: You accompany and support our residents with practical tasks and managing their daily lives.
- Leisure organiser: You plan leisure activities and accompany people to appointments.
- Networker: You maintain contact with doctors, therapists and social services.
- Organiser: You handle administrative tasks and document the development steps of the clients.
- Development supporter: You assist with support planning so that our residents can maintain and develop their strengths.
What you bring with you
- Personality: You are empathetic, open, reliable and have a big heart for people.
- Mindset: You are motivated to learn, enjoy communicating and keep a cool head even in hectic moments.
- Flexibility: You enjoy teamwork and are willing to work evenings or weekends occasionally (no night shifts!).
- Skills & extras: You are proficient with a PC. Having a driving licence is great – but not essential.
