Join a Geneva watchmaking house renowned for its expertise, exacting standards, and impeccable quality of its creations. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in the reliability and excellence of the components that make up each timepiece.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out the aesthetic inspection of watch components (naked eye, loupe, microscope).

• Identify, analyse and document defects and non-conformities.

• Make conformity decisions on inspected batches.

• Ensure smooth communication with internal teams.

• Contribute to maintaining the house’s high quality standards.

Your profile / Training

• Training in quality control, ideally in watchmaking or a precision field.

• Knowledge of metrology: a valued asset.

Your strengths

• Excellent visual acuity and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with measuring instruments (measuring bench, dial gauge, micrometer…).

• Comfortable with semi-automatic devices and specific equipment.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings.

• Familiar with office tools for monitoring inspections.
