Your tasks
- Professional advice to customers at the counter and by phone
- Providing address information
- Registration and mutation management with Loganto software
- Registry management in resident affairs
- Issuing identity cards and certificates
- Handling all tasks arising at the counter
- General correspondence
- Participation in apprentice training
Your profile
- Completed commercial administrative apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in resident control
- Confident German and good spoken English skills
- Good IT user skills
- Organizational talent
- Friendly and professional demeanor even in hectic situations
- Resilient and flexible
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Team-oriented personality with good manners and a neat appearance
